Let’s Get You There!
All you need to do is book your flights to Tuscany and arrange your transport to and from your accommodation on both your arrival and departure dates.

Travel
Florence (recommended) and Pisa are the closest airports to the venues. Rome might have more availability if flying from the US but please be aware the drive is about 2hr45mins from the airport to the accommodation.
We highly recommend reserving flights as soon as possible.
If you are interested in exploring the area and maybe staying for longer after the wedding, we suggest renting a car as it is the easiest way to get around. We typically use Europcar which is located in the car rental centre right next to Florence Airport (make sure to allow time for the airport shuttle to the car rental location!)
If you plan to come for only a few days and do not want to rent a car, note that taxis are not always readily available outside of the airport without prior arrangement. The below taxi companies might come in handy:
